National Pensioners Convention
South East Region (SENPeC)

South East Region of the NPC is affiliated to
National Pensioners Convention (NPC) and in turn is linked to the local action groups in Kent, Sussex and Surrey with whom it holds regular meetings to help improve the effectiveness of the National Pensioners movements. SENPeC also co-operates with the ISITFAIR campaign against the unfair burden of Council Tax. SENPeC supports the Pensioners Charter and Early Day Motion 664 in support of a better State Pension

The South East Region covers, Kent, East Sussex (including Brighton), West Sussex and Surrey. The affiliation fee for 2006 is £10 for organisations with over 30 members and £5 for organisations with less than 30 members and for individual affiliation. There are over 40 affiliate groups throughout the region.

South East Region Mission Statement

Aims and objectives of the South-East Region of the NPC are to promote and defend the welfare and interests of ALL pensioners in the region without exception in their just desire to live in decency with dignity and independence. The region also aims to act as an umbrella organisation by providing co-ordination for the various Pensions-oriented Action Groups across the South East Region of the United Kingdom.
