Aims of the Scottish Television Pensions
Association:
The objects of the Association shall
be:

|
- To promote and advance the interests and well being of Members of
the Association, whether individually, collectively or for groups of
members, in relation to their rights and interests as members, pensioners or
beneficiaries of any Scheme or Schemes providing
retirement, death or similar benefits in respect of service with Scottish
Television plc or any company associated with it
- To obtain and pass on advice:
- To provide assistance to members including in the securing,
vindication or enhancement of their rights:

To co-operate with any person or body of persons in the furtherance of
the objects of the Association:
- to invest the monies of the Association not immediately required
for its purposes in or upon such investments. Securities or properties as
play he thought fit, subject nevertheless to such condition (if any) and
such consents (if any) as may for the time being
he imposed or required by law:
- to do all such other things as are in the opinion of the Executive Committee
of the Association incidental or conducive to the objects of
the
Association.
