| The
Wandsworth Access Association reaches out into the community - to
many local groups and organisations. Our members have mobility
problems, both wheelchair users and ambulant disabled. Others have sensory
or learning disabilities.
The Wandsworth Access Association aims to ensure that people with disabilities have full access to:
The Wandsworth Access
Association hopes that the disabled community can make full use of the
town's facilities, participate in the planning of exhibitions and events,
and forge creative relationships with planners and other council
officials. The Wandsworth Access Association offers to consult with planners and designers in helping to get the access right at the very early stages of design. AND in the development stages to ensure that "we" got it right!!
